From The BMHS Archives

From The BMHS Archives

The BMHS Archive  has an amazing array of memorabilia so we thought we would have a regular spot on Stage Door Johnny showing items from the Society’s collection.

To start us off, here are 2 1951 showcards from Sunderland Empire. The first poster was chosen as a tribute to Stella Tanner of The Tanner Sisters, who sadly died this week. The second bill includes Pat Hatton and The Call Boy will feature an interview with Pat in a forthcoming edition.

BMHS Celebrity Lunch 2012

Our President Roy Hudd will be organising another fun-packed Celebrity Lunch for BMHS members this year. Details will be announced in the Summer issue of The Call Boy due out mid-July.  The magazine will also contain a form so that you can apply for tickets. NO TICKETS WILL BE ON SALE PRIOR TO THIS.

This is one of the most popular events in the BMHS year and we usually sell out within days of the tickets going on sale, so get your orders in quickly. And if you are not a member of the BMHS, join today:
